Capacity Focus

Organizations must operate within our defined regional boundaries and demonstrate a clear, direct impact on local community infrastructure.

Grantees must actively participate in cross-sector partnerships, aligning with healthcare, education, or workforce initiatives to secure shared outcomes.

Funding is dedicated to structural scaffolding and operational capacity-building, rather than short-term relief projects or temporary programmatic overhead.
